The two sanitizer buckets in the server beverage area measure <50 ppm quats. Staff promptly replace the buckets with new solution measuring 200 ppm quats.

Uncovered foods on the top of the prep cooler measured 8-13 degrees C. The operator got lids for all the foods.

The soap dispenser at the hand sink in the kitchen was empty. Staff got new soap to fill the container.
