A few shelved food cans were indented where it was affecting the top and side seams. The violation was corrected immediately and all the affected cans were removed during the inspection.
The sanitizer solution of QUATs in the bakery area and the salad bar area concentration was at 50ppm. When told, the manager asked the staff to correct the violation and to have a fresh solution that test at 200ppm.
One of the two hand washing sinks by the seafood area was lacking paper towels. The violation was corrected promptly by the manager.

In the seafood area, the fish were thawed/ cleaned in the three-compartment sink (the sanitization sink). the fish was not placed in a container for thawing as well. Instructions were provided on best practices for thawing which the operator agreed to implement immediately.
