However, the temperature of the prep coolers on the right remains elevated (11 °C). , , The internal thermometer displayed a reading below 0 °C, while other thermometers measured approximately 11 °C, indicating that the internal thermometer may be malfunctioning. Please replace or recalibrate the thermometer to ensure accurate temperature readings., , There were 2 containers of chopped lettuce stored at the bottom, and various sauces and toppings stored on the top. The operator was asked to follow the followings until the cooler is serviced:, - Relocate the lettuce to the different cooler; and,, - Relocate sauces and toppings to a different fridge. These items may be stored in the prep table during busy hours only if they are kept in an ice bath to maintain safe temperatures.
