Not in ComplianceWhen asked about dishwashing, the operator stated the few utensils/dishes are washed at home. All washing and sanitizing must take place in a permitted establishment. The 2-compartment sink method was reviewed and will be used going forward inside of the food truck.
The operator/owner did not have food safety training. One person in care and control must have an approved food safety course. The inspector will provide a list of approved options.
