Food storage practices need improvement, including properly covering stored food, keeping food off the floor, storing ice safely, and keeping raw foods separated and stored below cooked or ready-to-eat foods.

The restaurant must cook meat, poultry, fish, and egg-containing dishes to the proper temperatures to ensure they are safe to eat, and must not leave perishable foods in the temperature danger zone for more than 2 hours.
