Clean / sanitize the entire women's washroom., *******THIS TASK WAS COMPLETED DURING INSPECTION., , 2. Ensure both washrooms are checked for cleanliness at every 30-minute period (this includes during non-peak hours in the evening). The manager(s) on-shift must ensure these tasks are being conducted on a daily basis.

The exterior garbage receptacle area was in a reasonable condition; however, some garbage build-up was noted., , The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:, , 1. Remove all garbage / debris from within the main exterior garbage receptacle area., *******THIS TASK WAS COMPLETED DURING INSPECTION., , 2. Ensure the exterior garbage receptacle is regularly checked for cleanliness. It would be suggested that this area be checked when the washrooms are both being checked.
A valid food handling permit was not posted., , The operator posted a valid food handling permit in a conspicuous place., , Ensure the food handling permit is displayed in a conspicuous location at all times.
There is remaining spray residue on the wall nearest to where the spray was released inside the facility. There is slight smell and some irritation with deep breaths., - PHI advised to continue cleaning the residue and the remaining customer areas before reopening. It is also advised to close the doors for about 10-15 minutes to see if the smell and irritation increases before reopening to the public. PHI also stated that if they reopen and the smell and irritation is noticed later in the day, that they should consider closing again to continue working on airing out the smell and cleaning potentially impacted surfaces
