And/or add the prepared-on date if no best before date exists or if the product is frozen prior, write the date it is thawed for FIFO., , 2. Temperature logs are not being completed for bar cooler with perishable food products, - Ensure temperature monitoring is in place for all cold holding units.
The hand sink was blocked with dirty trays and dishes, - Items removed from sink basin, - Ensure the hand sink is accessible at all times to facilitate proper hand hygiene
There is debris buildup on the drink dispenser nozzles, - Ensure the drink dispenser is cleaned and sanitized daily to prevent buildup
1. Cleaning is required of the following:, - The floors and surfaces under shelving, equipment and around the dishwasher in the bar area, - The sanitizer buckets, , 2. Cleaning logs are not in use for the bar area, - Prepare cleaning logs for daily, weekly and monthly tasks
