The pork wontons were found at 55 *C in a hot holding unit. , The hot holding unit is a streamer with three tiers., The wontons in the other two tiers were found above 60*C., , Staff moved the wantons from the top tier to both two tiers. , Ensure wontons are probed every two hours to make sure the internal temperature is above 60*C.
