Frozen packages of beef and pork were being pulled at opening and left at room temperature throughout the morning to pack in hampers, often leaving hazardous food out for over 2 hours at room temperature.
There was no hot water going to taps/sinks. Hot water is necessary for proper hand washing and dishwashing.
Several food items were being stored directly on the floor. Floors should be clear for cleaning and to prevent places for pests to hide. , , Cases of beverages were being stored in the washroom. These were removed during the inspection. , , Please ensure food is stored off the floor 6 inches and outside of the washroom area.
