Counters and tables were being sanitized with a 1000 ppm bleach solution. This strength can leave a chemical residue that can contaminate surfaces. Ensure bleach is mixed to 100-200 ppm for use on food contact surfaces.

No test strips available to verify the concentration of sanitizer solution when used. Solution should be made fresh for each day and verified to be between 100 - 200 ppm., , Please obtain test strips for the bleach solution.
