Manager had a picture of satisfactory temperature about 5 hours before inspection. High risk food in the cooler at internal temperature of 3C., Ensure temperature of the walk in cooler in monitored every 2 hours, and booked for a maintenance check as needed., , ***The walk in cooler was 7C on the min /max thermometer (was reading 9C on the built in thermometer). Manager indicated it was at an acceptable temperature when she checked earlier. She will check again and action if needed.
