***There was expired milk present (dated Feb 1). Brought to the staff's attention and they discarded immediately.
***The sanitizer for the front end cleaning cloths was 50ppm Quat solution. The sanitizer on the cook line was 100ppm Quat solution. The sanitizer dilution station was dispensing a 200ppm concertation. Staff indicated that they change the solution every 2 to 3 hours. Ensure that the sanitizer solutions are changed often enough to maintain an effective concertation.
