At time of inspection, items were being stored in the three-compartment sink and hand sink. Kindly ensure that items being stored during transport are removed and that both sinks are accessible for use once open to the public.
Several bottles of syrup were being stored beside the hand sink and could become contaminated due to splashing or dripping when washing hands. A suggestion was made by the PHI to install an additional shelf unit to keep them protected.
Monthly pest control records were not available for review at time of inspection.
