The manufacturer instructions require 200 ppm for no rinse, and the operator was informed to rinse dishes and utensils with potable water after using the QUAT sanitizer in the meantime. Please ensure that the concentration is 200 ppm or as required by the manufacturer for no rinse sanitization.
