The temperature for the sandwich prep cooler was found to be at 9 C. Check was done with IR thermometer as well as a metal stem thermometer. All food items were moved to another cooler. , Milton will put in a request for a work order to have the cooler checked and serviced / repaired as needed. , , Please correct by June 30 2025., , Hot holding temperatures were above 60 C.
