The temperature was measured and found to be from 8 C to 12 C., Food items were moved from the cooler to a different cooler except the portions in the top inserts. The temperature will be monitored to determine if the proper temperature is achieved and if not a maintenance request will be put in to have the cooler serviced, repaired or replaced. , , Correct by Friday Jan 10 2025., , Friday Jan 10, I spoke with Pankaj and he stated that the cooler is not being used and a work order has been put in for the cooler to be repaired.
