Follow-up required:, , , There was a water leak from the ceiling in the southwest basement room, and a bucket was present under the leak to collect the water. There was a pool of water around the bucket, and no food products were present in the room. Ensure that the water leak is repaired, and the floor is cleaned and sanitized.
Follow-up required:, , In the basement, there were cardboard boxes that appeared to be stained with oil around the grease trap. The operator mentioned that they keep the boxes placed on the floor to absorb the oil that may spill during the grease trap service. Multiple days have passed since the grease trap service, and the facility kept the dirty cardboard boxes on the floor. Please ensure that the floor is cleaned, and cardboard boxes are discarded after the grease trap service.
