Mushroom gravy had a printed sticker that indicated when it was created and when it was to be thrown out, 2 hours after it the food was made. , During the inspection, it was found that the gravy was to be thrown out nearly 3 hours ago. This was brought to the attention of the nearest staff member, and the gravy was promptly discarded and the gravy dispensing unit was replaced., , Please ensure that all food items held at room temperature are discarded at appropriate times as indicated by their label.
