The high temperature dishwasher has been serviced although the max temp achieved at time of inspection was only 64.7 C, A minimum rinse temperature for Sanitizing (71 C is required at the plate)., Correct by Sep 12 2024, , Please continue to add a cap of bleach per load to ensure dishes are sanitized in the meantime.
