Non conformeQuats sanitizer in buckets was measured at 100 ppm. Onsite staff was informed that the sanitizer solution was too low and to remake the solution. The staff corrected the sanitizer concentration and when retested again it was 200 ppm.
Hard-to-reach areas were noted to not be clean. Specific debris was observed to be built up in the walk- in freezer., , Please ensure that hard-to-reach areas are thoroughly cleaned, and that these areas are included in routine cleaning practices moving forward.

Overall the kitchen, service, and dining areas were clean and well organized., , Minor cleaning is needed of the walk-in cooler ceiling above the crates of soft serve due to spills from changing the bags. Staff should be reminded to check for spills after changing the crates.
