A used towel was observed in a bucket containing a soap and vinegar solution in the bar area sink., , It was discussed with the operator that used towels should be stored in a sanitizer solution, and that a soap-vinegar mix is not a sanitizer., , The operator discarded the solution and refilled the bucket with chlorine sanitizer solution from the kitchen.
