The eggs (still cold) were kept in the dry storage area. when asked the operator mentioned that they were just delivered. The operator immediately put the eggs in the fridge.,
1- The dishwasher in the food facility is not a commercial one. , 2- The operator is not using the proper sanitizing procedures to make sure that the utensils used for making bubble tea are properly washed rinsed and sanitized.
