An ice scoop was found inside the ice machine. The operator explained that the scoop is intended to be hung on the hook inside the unit. The scoop was promptly removed for cleaning and sanitizing.

Black discoloration is observed on the cutting board of the prep cooler. Please either replace or resurface it.
