Bleach sanitizer was measured at 50ppm. Operator made a new solution, and it was measured at 100ppm.
Ham stored in the cold holding was measured at 6.7 C . Operator removed half of the portion and used lid to maintain the temp.
Water was not draining properly in the handwashing sink.
Dirty aprons were stored on the rack where utensils were stored. Clean aprons were found stored among the utensils., , Operator promptly moved dirty and clean aprons to a separate place and put the utensils in a dishwasher where washed aprons were stored.
The light cover was not properly secured from one end. Operator immediately fixed it.
Freezer was not maintained in a clean condition. There was accumulation of ice particles and some food debris.
