The meatballs and broccoli soup measured 50-55°C in the warming unit. The foods had been there for approximately one hour. The unit was turned up and at the end of the inspection the meatballs and soup measured 61.6°C and 68-75°C, respectively. Ensure foods in the hot holding unit measure at or above 60.0°C.
