The sanitizer concentrations in the 3-compartment sink and the sanitizer bucket were measured at 50 ppm chlorine. The operator adjusted the sanitizer solution, and it was re-tested at 100 ppm chlorine, which is within the required range.
Paper towels were not available at the handwashing sinks located at the front area, back area, and washroom. The operator replenished the paper towels during the inspection to ensure proper hand drying.
