Non conformeThere was no food safe sanitizer available. Operator will obtain plain bleach to mix a chlorine sanitizer before next meal.
Operator did not include a sanitize step during dishwashing practice review - going forward please follow the 2-compartment sink procedures that was discussed. The inspector will email a poster to be put at the sink.
Paper towel was not available at the kitchen sink for hand drying. Please obtain paper towels.
Some shelving in the kitchen and bar area was unsealed wood. Please seal the wood so it is smooth and easily cleanable.
