ConformePaper towels were not available in one of the washrooms at the time of the inspection. The operator replaced the paper towel roll in the dispenser during the inspection to ensure proper hand drying.
A scoop was observed stored inside a container of garlic. The operator removed the scoop during the inspection to prevent potential contamination of the food from contact with the scoop handle and to reduce the risk of cross-contamination.
