Cooler door of Starbucks milk cooler does not close properly. A new gasket has been ordered. Cooler is physically closed at the end of the day. Cooler temperature was in compliance during inspection. Please repair cooler when part is delivered.

The display cooler at starbucks measured 15.0°C. The temperature log revealed appropriate measurements earlier that day. Chocolate milk was moved into a different cooler. At the end of the inspection the cooler measured 9°C. It may have been in a defrost cycle. Staff will monitor this and not store high risk foods until it is <4.0°C.
