Several dishwashing racks required replacement as the buildup of soap scum etc. can no longer adequately be cleaned off.

There were bottles of pop being store in the bar ice that is used for drinks. This was corrected at the time of insection.
The ceiling tiles and ceiling vents in the back of the kitchen had an accumulation of dust. Please ensure the vents and tiles are clean to promote proper ventilation and to prevent cross contamination.
