SOME PARTS ARE ON ORDER TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE. THE OWNER / OPERATOR IS PLANNING TO USE THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK METHOD OF DISHWASHING UNTIL RE-INSPECTION CAN BE CONDUCTED.
