Avondale dining area table surfaces have gaps which has an accumulation of dirt and food debris. Did not observe any maggots., , Operator stated that the tables will be cleaned, and plastic tablecloths will be used to prevent dirt build up. These tables are also going to get replaced in the future. , , Ensure all the dirt and debris build up in the gaps are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
