During the inspection, a drawer refrigerator (near the flat top stove in the front kitchen area) was found to be unplugged and non-functional., , The temperature of this appliance was measured to be 22.8 °C. High and low risk foods were noted inside this appliance and were not yet in the temperature danger zone - indicating that this appliance recently was turned off. , , All foods were removed from this appliance and placed inside a neighboring refrigeration unit. Once identified, the appliance was turned back on and the temperature was verified to be decreasing., , The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:, , 1.
