Observed food handler wearing gloves without washing hands. Food handler was educated on the importance of washing hands and glove use does not replace hand washing.

Hand washing and glove use policy was discussed with the Manager. Facility was aware of the complaint and sign was posted near the hand washing sink to remind staff to wash hands.
Fries are pre-cooked and then left at room temperature. Fries are re-cooked a second time when customer order is received. Internal document states that fries can stay at room temperature for up to 2 hours only. Facility does not have any time tracking process in place. , , Ensure fries after pre-cooking is time tracked when stored at room temperature and unused fries must be discarded after 2 hours. A sheet was created to track time at the time of inspection.
