Records / documentation appear to be kept up-to-date and available for review - SATISFACTORY., , 2, The front entrance door (between both doors) were not properly sealed to help refrain from pest entrance. , , The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:, , 1. Re-seal the front entrance door. It is appreciated that this door gets opened and closed constantly. It would be best to re-seal this door during the spring months (i.e. May) and re-check it in the later fall.
