RéussiThe cold water knob for the handwashing station in the kitchen was not properly working. Please ensure corrective actions are taken and handwashing station has both hot and cold running water.
The middle sandwich prep cooler cabinet was not properly working and measured temperature using a probe thermometer was approximately 10C. Please ensure corrective actions are taken and sandwich prep cooler is properly working.
No chlorine test strips were available onsite to measure the concentration of the sanitizer solution.
No hot water was available for the women's washroom handwashing station. Water pressure decreases as faucet handle is moved to the hot water direction and no continuous hot water is available.
Two sets of light fixtures above food preparation areas in the kitchen were not covered and currently installed fluorescent bulbs were not shatterproof. Please ensure corrective actions are taken and constructed to prevent contamination of food products in the event the fixture breaks.
