A bag of whole onions was observed on the kitchen floor. Informed operator who placed bag off the ground. Please ensure food products are not placed directly on the floor.
A bag of frozen meat on the stainless steel service cart was being thawed at room temperature. Requested operator place product into the walk in cooler to properly thaw. Please ensure frozen products are properly thawed either in a walk in cooler, under cold running water, or the use of a microwave.
