** - containers of cut vegetables were observed stored at room temperature above the fill line in the small counter cooler on the southside of the kitchen. PHI has informed the chef on past inspection that NO cut vegetables or high risk food may be stored above the fill line of the counter cooler as it is essentially stored at room temperature.
** - dirty handsink was blocked and inaccessible for frequent and proper use with food storage.
