No available food surface sanitizer was noted. No test strips were observed. Ensure test strips are available to use onsite and ensure an approved food surface sanitizer is available at all times.
Bar mechanical dishwashing noted to not be supplied with adequate supply of detergent. Glasses should be washed in the kitchen until dishwasher supply is addressed.

All coolers/freezers need to be plugged in and maintaining temperatures (below 4C for coolers, -18C for freezers). Walk-in cooler was not maintaining proper temperatures as it was missing a door.
