The front beverage cooler (between the 2 display cases), the unit was at 13C. Digital temperature on the panel was reading 46.6F. Operator was informed to monitor and proceed with corrective actions if needed. The unit contained small cartons of milk and shelf stable juices.
A white corrugated plastic sheet (was used as a poster previously) was used to cover the hot holding wells that were not in use, however, the well contained water. Please look into a different material that designed for food use. The material must be smooth, impervious to moisture, easy to clean and in good repair. Food safe material is important. Operator indicated it would be removed.
Hard to reach areas such as edges and corners of flooring, under equipment/appliances had minor buildup of sugar, cup lids, bottle caps, and debris. Please focus on these areas when cleaning., , Wall by beverage dispensers had dried food buildup. Please clean wall to remove splatter.
