The microwave had a build-up of food splashes. Please ensure that all food equipment is properly cleaned and maintained in a sanitary condition. The operator later provided photos showing that the microwave had been cleaned.
A drawer containing various kitchen utensils was observed with a minor build-up of food debris. Please clean the drawer. The operator later provided photos confirming that the drawer had been cleaned.
