The maximum temperature of the dishwasher measured 65.8°C at the dish level. Staff stated that they noticed that the dishes did not feel as hot coming out of the dishwasher today. , *Staff were instructed to manually sanitize the dishes until the machine can be serviced/repaired.
The dishwasher has a 'probe error' and does not provide a rinse temperature reading - there is already a work order for this., A max/min recording thermometer was not available to verify the rinse temperature of the dishwasher. *Please ensure that this is available and used while the probe sensor is not working., Quat sanitizer test papers were available.
