Sushi Wasabi

A bag of flour and two cardboard boxes containing food items were observed stored directly on the floor in the dry storage room. The operator relocated them to the storage shelve. All food items must be stored at least 6 inches off the floor to prevent contamination from dirt, moisture, or pests.
