*The only designated hand washing sink in the food preparation area had been converted into a utility sink. , During discussion with management, it was emphasized that this sink is the sole handwashing sink in the food preparation area and must remain available exclusively for handwashing. Alternative solutions were reviewed, including: installing a separate utility sink or using a trolley to transport water from the dishwashing or prep sink to the steam tables. Managers were instructed to discontinue using the handwashing sink as a utility sink. Corrected on site, managers agreed.
*Staff personal beverages were found next to the juice and coffee station. Relocate staff beverages away from food preparation areas.
*There was a gap between plastic board and dishwashing sink edge. Seal up gap to ensure area is waterproof.
*Build up of sticky residue was observed on the juice machine nozzles, along with visible dust and debris in the hard-to-clean areas behind the nozzles. Clean and sanitize the nozzles/hard to reach areas and add to cleaning schedule.
*Build up of grime on the wall behind the dishwasher. Clean the wall.

*Water from the dishwasher backs up from the floor drain when the dishwashing is in operation. Investigate and ensure plumbing is in good repair., , *There was a water like stain on a ceiling tile by the elevator. Investigate and ensure there are no leaks. Replace ceiling tile.
*Buildup of debris and grease on the floor area(e.g. floor, walls, baseboards) under the dishwashing table/dishwasher/grease trap. Clean area and add task to routine cleaning schedule.
