- Sugar was stored directly on the ground. , - Ice scoop was stored directly in the ice bin with the handle directly touching the ice
The ice bin was visibly dirty on the inside while holding ice meant for human consumption. The staff was instructed to discard the ice and properly wash, rinse and sanitize the container
