*The finish on the shelving used to store large containers of dry ingredients (e.g. baking soda) was starting to peel exposing the wood underneath. Repair ore replace and ensure the shelving is in good working condition and easy to clean.
*Mould like substance was present on the caulking along the dishwashing table. Some part of the caulking was also lifting. Replace caulking and ensure it is in good repair
