Items were removed from sale during inspection. Ensure there is regular inspections of food products on a monthly basis.

March 19, 2024: Outstanding as there were no labels on repackaged candies, April 11, 2022 - Repackaging of beans and spices occurs in this facility. Labeling of the containers of spices and beans was insufficient. Only price labels were available on the packages. Please include the following to the labeling: your facility (name, address and contact number), the product name, ingredients including allergens, and expiry date.
Staff indicated that vinegar was used as a surface sanitizer., , Ensure an approved sanitizer is being used, like bleach (100-200ppm chlorine solution). A solution can be made by adding 1 tsp of regular household bleach to 1 liter of water.
