Several cartons of eggs were observed sitting on the bottom shelf in the kitchen and not in use during food preparation. Requested operator place eggs back into the cooler and ensure that high risk food products are kept refrigerated.
Observed container of cooked meat being cooled at room temperature. Measured temperature of product was approximately 50C. Requested operator place product into the walk-in cooler for cooling and discussed proper cooling procedures.
The soap container dispenser was initially clogged and not dispensing. Informed operator who cleaned and cleared the blockage and refilled dispenser with soap. Retested and soap was available to be dispensed.
No recent pest control records were completed. Informed operator to ensure self monitoring pest control records are completed, up to date, and available for review.
The exhaust hood cleaning was overdue. Please ensure exhaust hood is cleaned and serviced as per the regular routine cleaning schedule.
