- The ventilation hood and buffers need cleaning and professional maintenance.

There are a few holes observed under the dishwashing sinks. Small amount of old mouse droppings were observed in one of the gaps. Please seal off the holes with a finishing that is smooth, easy to clean, and impervious to moisture (tile, stainless steel panel, painted drywall, etc).
