PassNo surface sanitizer solution was available during food preparation. The sanitizer observed in a spray bottle measured 0 ppm. The staff member prepared a 100 ppm chlorine solution as instructed. A sanitizer solution must be available at all times during food handling to ensure effective surface sanitizing.
No soap was available in the hand sink located in the kitchen. The dispenser was refilled with liquid soap by a staff member during the inspection. The hand sink must be fully stocked with liquid soap and paper towels at all times.
A strong foul odor was noted in the main kitchen and traced to a floor drain, which was observed uncovered with pipes from the walk-in cooler inserted into it. Please ensure the drain is properly covered and the plumbing issue is corrected.
